Recently, Intellectual Property Office of Hebei Province announced the second batch of talents list entering intellectual property (patent) talent pool of Hebei Province in 2015. Two employees in the intellectual property department of Newnagy had been named in the list of enterprise intellectual property talent pool and in the list of intellectual property talents training candidates of Hebei Province in 2015.
In July 2014, Newnagy had been picked over as “standard implementing enterprise of intellectual property of Hebei province in 2014”. According to the national standard 《Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Practices》（GB/T29490—2013），standards were implemented in Newnagy, and a perfect intellectual property management system was established. Newnagy devotes to industrial application and popularization of nanogenerator technology, and insists on independent innovation research and industrial application research. So far, Newnagy has applied 387 patents, of which 216 patents have been granted, and including 40 PCT international patent applications.
With the promotion of “Public entrepreneurship, innovation”, the country pays more and more attention on intellectual property protection. 
On April 1, 2016, 31 departments and units attended the State Council intellectual property strategy implementation ministerial meeting and the meeting institutions were established by State Intellectual Property Office as the leader, strengthen organization leadership and overall cooperation, deeply implement state intellectual property strategy, accelerate the construction of intellectual property power. 
On December 22, 2015, the State Council issued 《Several suggestions on accelerating the construction of intellectual property power under the new situation》, which effectively required “Establish intellectual property appraisal institution of major economic activities”.
On March 13, 2015, the State Council issued 《CPC Central Committee and the State Council’s opinions on deepening the reform of system and mechanism, accelerate the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy》. In the thirty specific guidance, the Article one is “Implement strict intellectual property protection system”. 
On November 5, 2014, State Council's office clearly proposed that the country established intellectual property risk assessment mechanism of major industrial planning.
Newnagy owns essential patents about nanogenerator technology and a large number of patents about product application and industrialization. Strict intellectual property protection system has been formed, which laid a solid legal foundation for industrial promotion and application market of nanogenerator technology. With the strong support of national policy and laws, the nanogeneration technology will rapidly grow into a large emerging platform technology industry.
Recently, Newnagy has also made significant progress in industrial applications. Two products applied to the field of smart wearable and smart home based triboelectric nanogenerator technology were developed independently. The pilot test has been at end-of-line. Newnagy is discussing further cooperation with domestic and overseas leading enterprises in the field of smart wearable and smart home.
